June 24, 2011 Hype Battle Fridays

This is one of the better battles we've seen. Team Shmetta vs. Top Eastside Dogs at Evolution Europe 2011. Both sides showed up with the heat, but our score has Shmetta (on the left) clearly coming away with the win on hypness, battle tactics, dancing, and pretty much everything else. You'll notice Top Eastside Dogs calling bites on everything Shmetta does, often an indication that they feel superior, but also threatened. In this instance, I'm sure Eastside Dogs also are aware that they are losing, causing them to use desperate measures.


April 15, 2011 Hype Battle Fridays

Last month featured the 4th chapter in the Northwest Sweet 16 legacy. The final battle turned out to be quite the upset, with Tim the Pitt being defeated by Mango from No Roots Crew. Check the footage here:

April 8, 2011 Hype Battle Fridays

There are probably only about a dozen b-boys in the world with a flexible power style, this battle features two of them, Fanatic from Knuckleheads Cali vs. Isaiah from Lionz of Zion.

Lilou vs Robin at UK B-boy Championships. Big blow ups vs big blow ups makes for a fun to watch battle. We'd have to say Robin won on foundation, and Lilou on blow ups. In the end, judges gave it to Lilou.
